Can I make a reservation by phone?
Reservations can only be made online, directly through our website.
Is a reservation required?
It is not required, but strongly recommended, especially on weekends and during school breaks. Due to the park’s limited capacity, admission may be denied if it is at full capacity.
Can I make a reservation for 30 minutes?
No, the minimum reservation time is 1 hour.
Can children be left alone at the park?
Children remain the responsibility of their parents, even though our staff keeps a close eye on them.
Is the cake included in the birthday package?
Yes, we provide a chocolate cake.
What time should we arrive for a birthday party?
We ask that everyone attending the birthday party arrive 15 minutes before it starts, so we can begin right on time.
Can I reschedule a reservation?
Yes, you can reschedule a reservation by contacting us via email only, subject to availability.
