Can I make a reservation by phone?
Reservations can only be made online, directly through our website.
Is a reservation required?
It is not required, but strongly recommended, especially on weekends and during school breaks. Due to the park’s limited capacity, admission may be denied if it is at full capacity.
Can I make a reservation for 30 minutes?
No, the minimum reservation time is 1 hour.
Can children be left alone at the park?
Children remain the responsibility of their parents, even though our staff keeps a close eye on them.
What should I do if I don't know the number of guests for a birthday party when making the reservation?
You can provide an estimate or book for the minimum number of guests (6 people). You can adjust the number of guests later. In any case, the deposit will be calculated based on the minimum of 6 people.
Do you have changing rooms and showers?
No, there are no changing rooms or showers on site. However, you can change in the restrooms if necessary.
