Can I make a reservation by phone?
Reservations can only be made online, directly through our website.
Is a reservation required?
It is not required, but strongly recommended, especially on weekends and during school breaks. Due to the park’s limited capacity, admission may be denied if it is at full capacity.
Can I make a reservation for 30 minutes?
No, the minimum reservation time is 1 hour.
Can children be left alone at the park?
Children remain the responsibility of their parents, even though our staff keeps a close eye on them.
Are there group rates for groups of a certain size or larger?
Group rates are available only for organizations such as schools, non-profit organizations, or youth groups.
What is the minimum age for entry to the park?
There is no minimum age for entry to KOMINI. For KOJUMP and Strike Arena, children must be at least 4 years old when accompanied by an adult and at least 6 years old to enter on their own.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes, a 15% discount is available upon presentation of a valid student ID.
Can I reschedule a reservation?
Yes, you can reschedule a reservation by contacting us via email only, subject to availability.
What time should we arrive?
We ask that the entire group arrive 15 minutes before the start, whether it’s for a birthday party or a jump session, so we can begin on time.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
No, outside food and drinks are not permitted. Our bar offers a wide selection of drinks, snacks, and meal options. If you have any allergies, please contact us so we can find a suitable solution.
What is the Strike Arena?
The Strike Arena is a giant obstacle course. The goal of the game is to hit the color assigned to you at the start of the game as many times as possible within the allotted time.

What should I do if I don't know the number of guests for a birthday party when making the reservation?
You can provide an estimate or book for the minimum number of guests (6 people). You can adjust the number of guests later. In any case, the deposit will be calculated based on the minimum of 6 people.

You’ll receive an automated email 7 days before the scheduled date, allowing you to adjust the number of guests.

Do you put candles on the cake? Can we bring our own?
We put sparklers on the cake. If you’d like, you can also bring your own candles.
Is it possible to reserve the glass-walled birthday party room with a view of the park?
No, rooms are automatically assigned by our software based on the time slot you select.
What are the minimum and maximum number of guests for a birthday party?
The minimum is 6 guests (5 guests + the birthday child). There is no limit on the number of participants. When booking online, the maximum number is 18 guests. If you expect to have more guests, we recommend booking for 18 guests and then contacting our team to adjust the final number of guests.
How is the room decorated?
No special decorations are planned, aside from the KOJUMP tableware. If you’d like, you’re welcome to bring your own decorations.
